Please just specify on your order what size you would like. Remember, the Lip-Off Boneless Ribeye will always be roughly the same ‘size and shape’. The varying weights per steak mean you are varying the THICKNESS of your steak. Want a thin steak, go with a 8oz. If you like a thicker steak, go with a larger weight per steak. The shape of the steak will remain the same, but each cut will be thicker.
