Fast becoming one of our most popular items. A Cornish hen is bred to be MUCH smaller than a chicken and has a very nice taste. Great for a lot of various recipes including stuffing and grilling. Also great for frying with garlic, onions and Scotch Bonnet peppers for a nice crispy skin. We find that 1 Cornish hen is more than enough for a serving.
