If you have gone to a steak house recently, you may have noticed Flat Iron steaks on the menu. It is a fairly new cut that is making it’s way onto a lot of restaurant menus because of it’s tenderness and price. It used to be called the Butcher’s Cut because most butchers would choose to take this cut home with them at the end of the day.
