Here’s a tip for grilling lobster: Boil/steam the lobsters a little before putting them on the grill. This will ensure they are cooked in the middle before burning the outside. You do not have to cook the lobster all the way on the grill.
Have some melted garlic butter in a bowl/plate near by the grill to brush them with.
