One of the best deals in Pork. The boneless Pork Loin. A very lean cut that provides a world of options when cooking. Chop into boneless chops at the exact thickness you like or roast whole. These are generally very lean.
Most people will ‘roll out’ this loin but cutting it into a flat 1/2 piece. This allows you to stuff the cut with whatever you like. Olive Tapenade, Mushrooms, Something containing bacon!, Cheese…the world is your pork loin.
