Our famous smoked ribs have been a Bloom’s favorite for over 4 years now. Slow smoked over hickory chips and then coated with our 100% homemade BBQ sauce. These ribs are exactly what ‘smoked ribs’ should be. No liquid smoke, no boiling, just excellent texture with excellent real smoke flavor.
We smoked ribs every week and freeze a few extra for customers that can’t make it in on time. If you’d prefer fresh, please ask upon ordering and we will see if any are available.
We use racks of USDA spare ribs. Each racks weighs around 4.5lbs
Simply defrost overnight. They can be heated on the grill over a flame or placed in the oven for 30 minutes. Ready to cut and pass.
