These are classic spare ribs (non St. Louis cut). USDA product, so nicely trimmed and lean.
If cooked properly, these ribs can be one of the finest BBQ items ever. Some people cook them in the oven, and some people prefer the smoker. These are the ribs we use for our famous Smokin Saturdays Spare Ribs.
USDA Grade A, so you don”t have layers of fat/skin.
Each slab is roughly 3 to 4 pounds
NOTE: We sell these ribs in single packs or in bulk packs. Bulk packs will have at least 2 slabs, sometimes 3.
